影响护理本科生实习质量主要因素的调查分析

Investigation on main influencing factors of clinical practice quality of nursing students

目的探讨影响护理本科生临床实习质量的主要因素，为提高临床带教水平和完善教学体系提供依据。方法采用问卷调查法，对在我院实习的80名护理本科生从临床科室安排、个人实习时间分配、带教教师及护士长态度以及个人的职业价值观四个影响因素进行调查。结果四个影响因素得分分别为科室安排（12．59±4．55）分、个人时间分配（21．21±3．83）分、带教教师及护士长态度（16．16±5．96）分、个人职业态度（10．81±4．38）分。结论个人时间分配是影响护生实习质量最主要的因素。

Objective To explore the main influencing factors of clinical practice quality of nursing students and to provide evidence for nursing education. Methods A total number of 80 nursing students who took practice in our hospital were investigated by using self - designed questionnaires which included four factors ： arrangement of the department, time distributing, attitude of the teachers and the head nurse, professional attitude. Results The average score of the arrangement was 12. 59 ± 4. 55, the average score of time distributing was 21.21 ± 3.83, the attitude of the teachers was 16. 16 ± 5.96, while the score of the professional attitude was 10. 81 ± 4. 38. Conclusions Time distributing was the main factor which influence clinical practice quality of nursing students.
