前列腺电切联合内分泌治疗前列腺癌临床观察

目的:探讨前列腺电切术联合内分泌治疗前列腺癌的临床效果。方法:收治前列腺癌患者31例,回顾性分析临床资料,分析疗效。结果:治疗结束后患者排尿梗阻症状改善,复查PSA明显下降,在1～3个月内回复至正常范围。获随访29例,时间2年以上,死亡3例,26例存活。结论:前列腺电切联合内分泌治疗前列腺癌疗效确切,可减少远处转移,提高患者生存时间。

Objective： To investigate clinical effect of prostate cancer which were treated by TURP combined with endocrine therapy. Methods： Clinical data of 31 patients of prostate cancer which were treated in our department from March 2005 to June 2010 were analyzed. Results： Symptoms of ob- structive was improved, the level of PSA de- creased and returned to the normal range from 1 to 3 months. 29 cases were followed - up in 2 years. 3 cases died and 26 cases survived. Conclusion：The effect of prostate cancers which were treated by TURP com- bined with endocrine therapy is curative. The way can reduce the distant metastases and improve survival time.
