摘要
通过调查问卷的方式对2009年以来基层卫生医疗机构开展的公共卫生服务满意度进行了调查,结果显示影响满意度最大的因素是"基层医疗机构工作人员在诊疗过程中是否进行宣教"。诊疗过程中进行过宣教的满意度评价较高,提示基层医疗机构应加强医务人员自身的素质,重视诊疗过程中的宣教工作。
Through a questionnaire survery on satisfaction of public health services of the grass -roots health care institutions since 2009, results showed that the biggest factors what affect the satisfaction is "whether or not primary health care agency staff to carried out missionary treatment in the treatment process". The higher satisfac- tion of missionary treatment in the treatment suggesting that the primary health care insti- tutions should strengthen their own quality of medical staff, attention to missionary work in the treatment process.
