急性白血病化疗后的不良反应与临床护理85例

目的:观察85例急性白血病患者化疗期间的不良反应和临床护理。方法:观察85例急性白血病患者化疗期间的不良反应,同时给予心理护理,并配合静脉、口腔、肛周和饮食等方面的护理措施。结果:本组患者均完成两个疗程化疗,AML完全缓解率(CR)67.14%,ALL完全缓解率(CR)86.67%。化疗期间不良反应发生情况主要有贫血、白细胞减少、血小板减少、恶心、呕吐、脱发、口腔溃疡、腹泻、发热、感染、周围神经病变等。结论:急性白血病化疗后会出现多种不良反应,心理护理显得尤为重要,心理护理应及早进行,配合静脉、口腔、肛周和饮食等护理措施,可减轻患者化疗后不良反应,积极完成治疗。

Objective： 85 cases observed in patients with acute leukemia during chemo- therapy side effects and clinical care. Meth- ods：Acute leukemia after chemotherapy side effects, while providing psychological care, and with intravenous, oral, anal and diet and other aspects of nursing care. Results：This group of patients completed two cycles of chemotherapy, AML complete remission rate （CR） was 67.14% , ALL complete remission rate（CR） was 86.67%. Adverse events dur- ing chemotherapy are anemia, leucopenia, thrombocytopenia, nausea, vomiting, hair loss, mouth ulcers, diarrhea, fever, infection, peripheral neuropathy, etc. Conclusion ： A- cute leukemia after chemotherapy, there will be a variety of adverse reactions,it is partic- ularly important psychological care, psycho- logical care should be an early stage, with intravenous, oral, anal and diet nursing care, reduce adverse reactions after chemo- therapy, and actively complete the treat- ment.
