成人重型破伤风报告9例
摘要
破伤风是由破伤风梭菌毒素所致的急性疾病，近年因静脉注射海洛因而患破伤风者日益增多。根据破伤风患者临床表现，破伤风分为轻、中、重3型，重型破伤风潜伏期常短于7天，症状于3天内即发展至高峰。收治成人重型破伤风患者9例，回顾分析如下。
