摘要
目的:分析血清胱抑素C(CysC)和尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)的联合检测与原发性高血压患者早期肾损害的相关性。方法:用全自动生化分析仪测定286例原发性高血压患者早期肾损害血清胱素C、尿白蛋白、血清肌酐浓度。结果:原发性高血压患者早期损害血清CysC和UAER浓度均高于对照组(P<0.05),两者联合检测的阳性率显著高于单检CysC或单检UAER的阳性率(P<0.01)。结论:原发性高血压患者早期的血清CysC和UAER浓度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),采用血清CysC和UAER联合检测的阳性检出率较之单项检测显著增加(P<0.01),从而有助于及早发现原发性高血压患者早期肾损害,具有重要的临床诊断意义。
Objective: to analyze the correlation between the joint detection of CysC and UAER and early renal damage in patients with primary hypertension. Method:test concentrations of cysatin C, urinary albumin and serum creatinine of early renal damage in 286 patients with primary hypertension by means of an automatic biochemical analyzer. Result: the concentrations of CysC and UAER of early renal damage in patients with primary hypertension are higher than those in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the positive rate by joint detection is remarkably higher than that by single detection CysC or UAER ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: the concentrations of CysC and UAER of early renal damage in patients with primary hypertension are higher than those in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the positive detection ratio using joint detection of CysC and UAER is apparently increased compared with that using the single detection( P 〈 0. 01 ) ; therefore, it is helpfulto find early renal damage in patients with primary hypertension and is of important clinical significance.
