布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘急性发作的疗效观察与护理体会

目的:探讨布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘急性发作的临床疗效与护理方法。方法:收治儿童哮喘急性发作患儿130例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各65例,两组患儿均常规予以抗感染、平喘和对症处理,治疗组在此基础上加用布地奈德混悬液L雾化吸入,并针对性护理。结果:经过5天治疗和针对性护理后,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘急性发作疗效显著,并当在健康教育、心理、饮食、呼吸、雾化治疗方面精心护理,加快支气管哮喘患儿康复。

Objective：To investigate effect ob servation and nursing experience of treating acute asthma attack in children by aerosol ized budesonide. Methods ： Totally 130 chil dren patients with acute asthma attack in Department of Pediatrics treated by depart ment of pediatrics in our hospital from Jul. 2009 to Oct. 2011 were randomly divided in to Treatment Group and Control Group（ each group 65 cases）. Both groups received anti infection, asthma relieving and expectant treatment. On this basis, aerosolized budes onide was inhaled into Treatment Group; moreover, Treatment Group was subject to proper nursing care. Results ： After five day treatment and proper nursing, Treatment Group showed dramatically higher effective rate than Control Group with difference of statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）, Conclu sion：Aerosolized budesonide treats children with acute asthma attack with significant effect; and careful care shall be offered in health education, psychology, diet, respira tion and aerosol treatment. For the abovereasons, recovery of the children patients can be accelerated.
