社区综合治疗高血压患者96例效果分析

目的:通过社区门诊综合治疗高血压效果分析。方法:选取96例血压程度达到Ⅰ、Ⅱ级高血压的患者,治疗满1年后观察治疗前后高血压的症状是否得到改善。结果:通过1年门诊治疗,血压达标率及治疗有效率提高,与干预前比较具差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:综合治疗能有效提高患者高血压的达标率及有效率。

Objective:Through the treatment of hypertension and high-risk outpatient treatment analysis of therapeutic effect.Methods:96 population was selected from community population inⅠor Ⅱ level of hypertension patients,after one year of treatment compared clinical treatment effect before and after treatment.Results:Through one year's treatment,the efficiently percentage reach the standard compared with before treatment in the community,the result is significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:Community treatment can improve the success rate of hypertension patients and efficient.
