摘要 目的:探讨急性脑出血患者血清心肌酶谱的变化。方法:于发病3天内用岛津CL7200全自动生化分析仪检测118例急性脑出血患者血清天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)等心肌酶谱,并和125例门诊健康体检者进行对照分析。结果:急性脑出血患者心肌酶谱各项检测指标与对照组比较显著升高(P<0.01);大量出血组心肌酶谱明显高于小量出血组。结论:急性脑出血患者心肌酶谱水平明显升高,并与血肿大小具有密切关系,可作为判定病情和评估预后的参考指标。 Objective: To observe the changes of serum myocardial zymogram in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods: To estimate the serum myocardial zymogram which included aspartate transaminase(AST),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),andα-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase(HBDH),creatine kinase(CK) of 118 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage in 3 days,Then to make comparison with 125 health controls.Results: The serum myocardial zymogram of acute cerebral hemorrhage group were significantly higher that of control(P < 0.01).the level of serum myocardial zymogram was higher in large cerebral hemorrhage group than those in little cerebral hemorrhage group.Conclusion: Levels of the serum myocardial ezymogram in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage are significantly increased.Its degree has relation to the volume of cerebral hemorrhage.Detecting serum myocardial zymogram level is helpful in judging patients state and the prognosis of the patient.
