缺氧缺血性脑病的治疗时机、方法和疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨缺氧缺血性脑病的治疗时机、方法和疗效分析。方法:对202例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿资料进行临床分析。治疗组常规治疗加新生儿期使用单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠及高压氧,对照组予常规治疗(生后3天内的治疗是"三维持""三控制",4~14天的治疗是应用脑代谢激活剂和改善脑血流药物)。结果:治疗组中重度缺氧缺血性脑病经过新生儿期治疗后,继续进行2~3个疗程康复治疗,大部分患儿能恢复正常,极少数留下后遗症,A组需要更长疗程康复治疗,后遗症多见。结论:缺血缺氧性脑病患儿,新生儿期给予单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠及高压氧康复治疗,脑功能恢复正常快,后遗症少。
