复方沙棘油栓联合微波治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效观察

目的:探讨复方沙棘油栓联合微波治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效。方法:收治宫颈糜烂患者216例,随机分成两组,观察组用微波治疗2天后阴道放置复方沙棘油栓2个疗程。对照组单纯用微波治疗。对两组阴道排液量,阴道出血及宫颈创面愈合情况进行比较。结果:观察组术后阴道出血量,排液量减少,治愈率明显提高。结论:复方沙棘油栓联合微波治疗宫颈靡烂疗效显著,不良反应少,是比较有效的方法。

Objective: of compound seabuckthorn oil suppository combined with microwave in treatment of cervical erosion effect.Methods: from 2010 August to 2012 August in our hospital216 cases of cervical erosion patients were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group with microwave treatment of 2 days after vaginal placement of compound seabuckthorn oil suppository2 courses.The control group only treated with microwave.On two groups of vaginal discharge quantity,vaginal bleeding and cervical wound healing were compared.Results: patients in observation group amount of vaginal bleeding,discharge volume is reduced,can markedly improve the cure rate.Conclusion: the compound seabuckthorn oil suppository combined with microwave in treatment of cervical erosions remarkable curative effect,less side reaction is relatively effective method.
