摘要 对厚朴进行扦插和嫁接试验,以加快厚朴良种的推广应用,提高无性繁殖技术的成活率。结果表明:植物生长调节剂KIBA溶液不同浓度处理对厚朴扦插生根的生根率、生根数均有促进作用,其中以500 mg/L KIBA溶液处理效果最佳,其生根率达89.0%。不同扦插基质间厚朴扦插生根率存在极显著差异,以黄砂基质生根率最高,黄心土加草木灰次之,其生根率均在90%以上,泥炭土和珍珠岩基质生根率较低。一年生穗条嫁接成活率明显高于二年生穗条,其成活率是二年生穗条的2.1倍;穗条粗度越小,其嫁接成活率越高。 In order to increase the survival rate of vegetative propagation and accelerate the commercial application of improved variety, the cutting and grafting experiment of Magnolia offtcinalis was conducted. The results showed that KIBA, one of the plant growth regulators, accelerated the rooting rate and number of roots when cutting, and the rooting rate reached to 89% when the concentration of KIBA was 500 mg/L. There was high significant difference in the rooting rate of cutting between different media, and the order of rooting rate from high to low was coarse sand, yellow soil with plant ash, perlite and peaty soil. And the rooting rate was over 90% when the media was coarse sand or yellow soil with plant ash. The survival rate of grafting with one-year-old scion was significantly higher than that with two-year-old scion, which was 2. 1 times as much as the later. And the smaller the diameter of scion was, the higher the survival rate was.
