摘要
阐述了耒阳市林业用地和森林资源现状和特点,对征占用林地和社会经济发展过程中存在的矛盾进行了分析,在此基础上提出耒阳市在社会经济发展过程中对征占用林地的需求和建议。
Based on the forestry land and forest resources current situation and characteristics of Leiyang City, the exist problems on occupation of land and the social and economic development the contradiction were analyzed, the demand and suggestions on process of social economic development on the occupation of land of Leiyang City were measured.
