摘要
泵出式测井采用新型的无电缆钻具输送测井方式,在四川地区复杂井测井采集中可以替代电缆测井。介绍了SL6000LWF泵出式测井系统的测量原理、系统组成、系统特点、现场测井流程及注意事项。对SL6000LWF泵出式测井系统在四川地区的应用情况进行了总结。通过23口复杂井的应用,表明泵出式测井显著提高了复杂井的测井施工成功率和测井时效,满足储层评价和工程评价的需要,平均缩短复杂井的钻井建井周期54.6h。泵出式测井在复杂井测井施工方面值得进一步推广使用。
The ultra-deep, horizontal, high deviated wells and various complex wells condition are so prevalent that conventional wireline logging technology face greater difficulty in Sichuan oilfield. The new wireless logging technology which is conveyed by drill stem is used in pump-out logging system, which can replace the wireline logging in the data acquisition of complex well logging. Introduced are the measurement principle, system components, system features, site logging process and other points deserving our attention. Summarized are the applications of SL6000LWF pump-out logging system in Sichuan oilfield, results of which indicate that the pump-out logging system is stable, accurate, reliable and its log data display or reflect true for- mation. Therefore, this system meets the needs of reservoir evaluation. Log applications in 23 complex wells indicate that log success rate goes up and logging efficiency is significantly im- proved under complex well conditions, shortens 54. 6 h by average for the complex well drilling time. It is valuable to further promote the pump-out logging system for complex and bad hole con- ditions.
