介绍炼油装置中影响泵进出口管系柔性的诸多因素。举例分析通过改变管系的空间几何形状及改变管道元件的直径和壁厚增加柔性的方法,满足泵进出口嘴子的受力要求。

This paper presents many factors that affect the pump inlet and outlet piping flexibility of the oil refining plant.By means of examples and analysis,it shows that by changing the geometry of piping and changing the diameter of pipe fittings and increasing the wall flexibility can meet the stress requirement of pump inlet and outlet nozzles.
