摘要
结合印尼Labuan火电厂项目中203m钢筋混凝土烟囱外筒施工实例,介绍液压提升滑模法系统组成及其受力原理。液压提升滑模法具有较好的技术优势,无需搭设井架和拉缆风绳,通过液压缸同步提升操作平台及模板进行施工,不仅减少了筒身施工中对周围建筑物的影响,而且施工速度快,操作方便,筒身质量控制较好。
Combined with the example of 203m reinforced concrete chimney outer cylinder construction in the PLTU 2 Banten-Labuan thermal power plant in Indonesia,this paper presents the composition and operating principle of hydraulic lifting slip-form system.Hydraulic lifting slip-form process has good technical advantages,without setting up the headframe and pulling the hawser cable,synchronously lifting the platform and template for construction by hydraulic cylinder,which not only reduces the cylinder construction influence on the surrounding buildings,but also is fast construction speed,easy to operate and better control of the cylinder quality.
