摘要
目的探讨锁定加压钢板小切口入路治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的临床效果。方法对老年肱骨近端骨折患者30例采取锁定加压钢板小切口入路治疗。观察其临床治疗效果。结果术后随访7～18个月,患者无并发症发生,骨折愈合时间3～6个月,平均3.8个月。30例患者:优秀14例(46.7%),良好11例(36.7%),一般3例(10.0%),差2例(6.7%),总有效率为93.3%。结论锁定加压钢板小切口入路治疗老年肱骨近端骨折可减少和消除骨折部位的血肿,降低并发症的发生率,极大地促进了骨折的愈合。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of locking compression plate small incision in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures of elderly patient. Methods 30 cases of elderly patients with proximal humeral fractures were trea- ted with the locking compression plate small incision. Observed the clinical effect. Resnits The patients were followed up for 7 -18 months,with no complications. The fracture healing time was 3 -6 months,with an average of 3.8 months. Among 30 patients ： 14 cases of excellent （ 46.7 % ）, good 11 cases （ 36.7 % ）, usually 3 cases （ 10.0% ） and poor in 2 cases （ 6.7 % ）, the total effective rate was 93.3%. Conclusion The treatment of locking compression plate small incision can eliminate fracture hematoma,lower the possibility of complications and greatly promote the healing of fracture.
