胫骨穿刺骨髓腔输液在危重患者急救中的应用

目的探讨经胫骨穿刺骨髓腔输液在危重患者急救中的应用效果及优势。方法对49例危重患者采用胫骨近端穿刺骨髓腔输液并给予抢救药物。分析其效果。结果 49例危重患者在循环衰竭外周静脉建立困难时,采用胫骨近端穿刺输液,均能在40～150s内建立有效的静脉通道。结论经胫骨近端骨髓腔穿刺输液在危重患者急救中是一种快速安全有效的方法,为抢救赢得了时间,大大提高了抢救成功率。

Objective To discuss the application effect and superiorityof the shinbone puncture marrow cavity infusion in the first aid of the seriously injured patient. Methods 49 cases seriously injured patients used the shinbone puncture marrow cavity infusion and given rescue medication. Analyzed the effect. Results 49 seriously injured patients when circulato- ry failure and peripheral vein established difficulty, used the shinbone near-end puncture marrow cavity infusion, could establish intravenous access in 40 - 150s. Conclusion The shinbone near-end puncture marrow cavity infusion in the seriously injured patient is one fast security effective method, has won the time for the rescue, greatly enhanced the rescue success ratio.
