Objective To explore the nursing orientation and standardized management in operation room. Summarize the countermeasure of improving nursing quality in operation room. Methods Cleared nursing positioning of operation room, standardized the management system, strengthened the nursing staff professional knowledge grooms, raised the standardization operation level. Results The quality of nursing staff improved significantly in operation room. The nursing quality was im- proved. The patients＇ satisfaction promoted. Conclusion The nursing orientation in operation room play a prominent role in promoting the standard management. Precise positioning can reduce the ineffective and waste of nursing management in manpower and material resources. Release the nursing team in overall coordination and efficiency, and ultimately improve patient degree of satisfaction to the nursing work.
