老年住院患者对治疗费用的认知情况分析

The knowledge analysis of medical expense of senile inpatient

目的了解老年住院患者对治疗费用的知晓需求态度,为更好地开展医疗工作提供实践指导。方法采用个别访谈法和调查问卷法,调查浙江某综合性医院426例老年住院患者。对治疗费用告知的意义、内容、主体和方式的态度以及对医疗费用水平的认知情况。结果性别、户籍、付款方式、文化程度、住院科室和疾病类型都是影响老年住院患者对医疗费用知情需求的重要因素。结论尊重不同老年住院患者医疗费用知情权,有利于和谐医患关系的建立和医疗工作的顺利开展。

Objective To understand the attitude to the knowledge of medical expense of senile inpatient in order to provide the practice guide for the better medical work conducting. Methods Individual interviews and the questionnaire meth- od,investigated 426 cases of senile inpatients. Inform the significance of the cost of treatment, content, the attitude of the sub- ject and the manner and level of medical expense cognition. Results Sex, residence, payment method, education level, depart- ment of inpatient and type of diseases were all the important factor to affect the need of the knowledge of medical expense of se- nile inpatients. Conclusion To resect the informed right of senile inpatient to know medical expense is helpful to establish the harmonic relationship of doctor and patient and to smoothly conduct the medical work.
