电信政企客户员工满意度问题和对策研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过针对研究对象的背景分析提出进行员工满意度调查和研究的意义,从绩效考核、人际关系、企业管理和经营、工作培训和员工职业规划等五个方面对电信政企客户员工进行满意度调查研究与分析,指出目前员工满意度存在的主要问题,提出了解决和提高员工满意度的有效途径。
