The paper discussed the option and operational principles of hydraulic piling pig bits. For its deficiencies in a landfill well digging project, the structure had corresponding reformed. Actual results showed that：the reformed bits could greatly reduced the operating time and the cost of well digging,the reformation was very convenience and the cost was very low.
