摘要
文章从两个方面来提高ABS树脂的氧指数,一是选用高溴含量的阻燃剂如双(三溴苯氧基)乙烷FF-680和十溴二苯乙烷SAYTEX4010,二是选用高填充量的无机粉体,来设计实验。实验结果表明十溴二苯乙烷SAYTEX4010加入16%时,可以使ABS树脂的氧指数从18提高到30,有一定的参考意义。
In the paper, two methods was chose to improve the LOI of ABS resin. One method was the addition of high bromine content of flame retardants, such as bis(tribromo-phenoxy) ethane FF-680 and decabromodiphenyl ethane SAYTEX4010, other method was the addition of high content of inorganic powder. The experimental results showed that LOI of ABS resin increased from 18 to 30 when bis (tribromo-phenoxy) ethane SAYTEX4010 added from 0 % to 16 %.
