链板机的轴承座不会被拉裂的解决方法

摘要 链板输送机的十一星轮在轴上没有可靠的轴向定位,前后轴的轴承均为带菱形座轴承,其轴承壳材质为灰口铸铁,所以抗拉强度较差。通过重新设计轴、轴承座和轴承压盖,十一星轮在轴上有了可靠的轴向定位,并提高了轴承的强度,及其工作的可靠度和有效度。但平时加强设备的巡检和维护也是很重要的。 The 11 star wheel of chain conveyor on the shaft can't be located reliably in axial direction, and the front and rear axle bearings whose shell made of gray cast iron are with diamond-shaped seat bearing, so the tensile strength is poor. The shaft, bearing and bearing covers are redesigned in order that the eleven star wheel on the shaft can be positioned reliably in axial direction, thus the strength, reliability and validity on working of bearing are also improved. But it is also important that the tour inspection and maintenance of equipments should be strengthened at ordinary times.
