摘要 实验考察了薯蓣水溶性皂苷在D-101大孔树脂上的吸附特征,确定了等温吸附模型、热力学参数和吸附动力学模型。结论:可用Langmuir方程较好地拟合等温吸附热力学过程,吸附是一个自发、放热、快速的物理吸附过程,可用拟二级动力学方程较好地描述吸附动力学过程,在180 min左右达到吸附平衡。D-101大孔树脂廉价并且适合薯蓣水溶性皂苷的吸附生产。文章为D-101大孔树脂从薯蓣提取物及皂素生产发酵工段废水中富集纯化水溶性皂苷的扩大应用提供数据参考。 To study on adsorption isotherm curves and adsorption kinetic curves of water soluble saponins from the Dioscorea Zingiberensis on D-101 resin, and then the adsorption thermodynamics and kineticsparameters were determined. The results showed that the adsorption isotherm curves could bedescribed well by Langmuir isotherm model, and the adsorption was considered a spontaneous physical adsorption process with heat releasing and fast. The adsorption kinetics behavior was well described by the pseudo second order equation, the adsorption reached equilibrium after 180 min. The D-101 resin was cheaply and were appropriate adsorption for water soluble saponins from the Dioscorea Zingiberensis.
