摘要
利用状态监测技术,对催化裂化装置烟气轮机振动异常情况进行故障分析及诊断。根据诊断结果采取适当的方法进行在线处理,使烟气轮机振动恢复正常,确保了烟气轮机长周期运行。
The state supervision and detection technology was used to analyze and diagnose the abnormal vibration about the flue gas expander in FCC unit. Based on the diagnosis results, appropriate methods of on-line processing were taken in order to return the vibration to be normal, which ensured the machine run well in a long period.
