摘要
将送入装置内的磷酸、液氨及洗涤液喷入造粒机同返料一起造粒并完成最终氨化。文章将生产工艺过程中的造粒工艺进行一定的探索并介绍了原始开车前的准备及常见事故及处理方式。
Phosphoric acid ,liquid ammonia and scrubbing water react in pipe reactor. Phosphate slurries which are sprayed onto the drum Granulator granulate with the recycle granules. The granulation process and Trouble Removal Method were introduced in the paper.
