啤酒是世界性的饮料，但每生产lt啤酒也会产生约10～20t废水。文章设计使用uAsB反应器法处理含高浓度有机物的啤酒废水，能有效地去除废水中的BOD和COD，去除率达到80％以上，啤酒废水经此工艺处理，最终达到出水水质要求。

Beer is the worldwide beverage, but 10～20 t wastewater are produced in producing 1 t beer. UASB reactor method was designed treat high concentrations of organic matter beer wastewater. The results showed it could effectively remove BOD and COD in the wastewater, the removal rate was more than 80 %, and the beer wastewater ultimately achieved the water quality requirements through the process.
