摘要
能效与节能局(EECA)是新西兰能效的管理部门,该文介绍了EECA在进行用能产品市场监管方面的调查原则、实施策略、违法处理策略和调查程序等内容,体现EECA在能效监管方面的思路和特点,这些内容对我国用能产品市场监管具有一定的借鉴作用。
The Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority（EECA） is New Zealand efficiency management department.This paper introduces EECA＇s investigation principle and implementation strategies,illegal treatment strategies and survey procedure in energy using product market,which reflect EECA＇s ideas and characteristics in energy efficiency market supervision,the contents will be used for reference in supervising the energy using products in our country.
