摘要
以滇杨(Populus yunnanensis Dode)组织培养获得的不定芽为原材料进行增殖培养和生根培养,考察培养基中激素浓度对不定芽增殖和试管苗生根的影响。结果表明,MS+0.1 mg/L 6-BA+0.02 mg/LNAA是适合滇杨不定芽增殖的培养基。1/2MS培养基中添加0.02 mg/L NAA有利于试管苗的生根。
The effect of plant growth regulator concentration on in vitro multiplication and rooting were studied using adventi- tious buds obtained in tissue culture of Populus yunnanertsis Dode as raw material. The results showed that MS＋0.1 mg/L 6- BA ＋0.02 mg/L NAA was the optimum medium for adventitious buds multiplication; and 1/2MS＋0.02 mg/L NAA was good for rooting.
