西津水库莲塘库区浮游植物多样性及其动态变化研究

Studies on diversity and its dynamic change of phytoplankton in Liantang area of Xijin reservoir

2009年9月至2010年9月,先后7次定点采集水样,定性、定量测定广西西津水库莲塘库区浮游植物,分析其群落结构、优势属、生物量及水平分布等参数的季节性变化。莲塘库区共有浮游植物8门62属,其中绿藻门属数最多,蓝藻门次之,第三为硅藻门,分别占总属数的40.32%、20.96%和19.35%;浮游植物属数生物量表现为夏、秋季节多,冬、春季节少。鱼类网箱养殖区的浮游植物生物量高于非养殖区。Shannnon-Wiener多样性及均匀度指数分别介于1.68～2.03和0.314～0.362之间。结合优势属和多样性指数评价水质,西津水库莲塘库区水质已达到富营养化水平。

To investigate the water quality of Liantang area of Xijin reservoir, the seasonal variations of population compo- sition, dominating genuses, biomass and distribution of phytoplankton community were studied from September 2009 to September 2010.8 classes and 62 genera were identified, 40. 32% of which belonged to Chlorophyta, 20.96% to Cyano- phyta and 19. 35% to Bacillariophyta. There were more genera and biomass in summer and autumn than that in winter and spring, and the biomass in cage culture area was higher than non - cage culture area. The Shannon - Wiener diversity index and Even index generally fluctuated from 1.68 to 2.03 and from 0. 314 to 0. 362, respectively. By the evaluation methods of dominating genera and diversity index, the water quality of Liantang area of Xijin reservoir had been at a eutrophication level.
