珠海市男男同性性接触者HIV感染现状及危险行为分析

Analysis on HIV Prevalence and the Related Risk Behaviors Among MSM in Zhuhai City

目的了解珠海市男男性接触者艾滋病相关知识知晓率、危险行为发生情况和HIV感染现状,为科学防控提供依据。方法使用自行设计的问卷,对2011年在珠海市疾病预防控制中心艾滋病自愿咨询检测门诊求询的男男性接触者进行调查,并采集血液样本检测HIV抗体。结果共调查了91人,艾滋病基本知识知晓率为97.8%(90/91),最近6个月内危险行为发生情况:和同性肛交行为发生率为90.1%(82/91),和2名或以上同性发生过肛交行为占70.3%(64/91),双性性行为发生率为12.1%(11/91);最近6个月内和同性发生肛交行为时,每次都使用安全套的MSM占42.7%(35/82);HIV抗体阳性率4.4%(4/91),5.5%(5/91)的MSM在过去一年被诊断患过性病。结论珠海市MSM尽管艾滋病基本知识知晓率高,但艾滋病危险行为仍较为普遍,且HIV和性病感染率较高,疫情快速蔓延风险大。在开展防控工作时,应重点引导该人群学会自我保护和减少不安全性行为,同时规范性病诊疗工作,鼓励MSM人群主动接受HIV抗体检测。

Objective To investigate AIDS- related knowledge, risk behaviors and HIV prevalence of MSM in Zhihai City, and to provide a basis for scientific control and prevention of HIV/AIDS. Methods Self- designed questionnaires were used to survey MSM who had come to the HIV/AIDS clinic for voluntary counseling and testing in Zhuhai Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention in 2011. Blood samples of the MSM were collected to test HIV antibodies. Results Altogeth- er 91 MSM were surveyed, the awareness rate of AIDS- related knowledge was 97.8 % （90/91）. The occurrence of HIV- re- lated dangerous behaviors in the last 6 months was as follows： the incidence rate of anal sex with man was 90.1% （82/91）, 70.3% （64/91） MSM had anal sex with 2 or more men, 12.1% （11/91） of the MSM reported having sex with both men and women, only 42.7% （35/82） of the MSM used condoms while having anal sex with man each time. The positive rate of HIV antibodieswas4.4% （4/91）. 5.5% （5/91）oftheMSMwerediagnosedwithSTDsinthepastoneyear. Conclusions Al- though the awareness rate of AIDS- related knowledge in the MSM of Zhuhai City was high, but AID- related risk behaviors commonly existed among them. Moreover, the prevalence of HIV and ~I＇Ds was high, there was a risk for rapid spread of AIDS and STDs. More attention should be paid to guiding the MSM to learn self- protection, reducing high - risk sex behaviors of the MSM, normalizing the diagnosis and treatment of STDs, and encouraging MSM to initiatively accept I-IIV antibody test in our practical work.
