摘要
液化罐热处理目的是消除焊接应力,避免罐体在使用过程中出现裂纹,局部热处理是液化气罐车转K2改造的重要生产工序。通过对罐体材质、热处理工艺、设备、操作过程等方面进行分析,找出了造成罐体局部热处理后鼓包的原因,并提出了解决措施,保证了液化罐转K2改造热处理质量。
The heat treatment of liquefied gas tanker aims at eliminating the welding stress and avoiding the cracks incurred in using the tanker.The local heat treatment is the important manufacturing procedure for liquefied gas tanker K2 modification.The factors causing the bulge after local heat treatment of the tanker are found and the solutions are proposed for guaranteeing the heat treatment quality of liquefied gas tanker K2 modification by analyzing the materials of tanker,heat treatment techniques,equipments and operations.
