摘要 针对传统便携式检测仪不能实现对化工园区危险源的实时自动监控,提出了一种基于物联网和ZigBee无线通信技术对化工园区进行实时可靠数据采集和监控的系统。首先,对系统组成框架进行了描述和定义,在此基础上对系统的硬件即终端节点和协调器节点进行了设计,同时对终端节点入网采集数据以及协调器组网收集和传送数据的软件流程分别进行了描述,从而实现了化工园区监控物联网的设计。实验结果证明文中系统可以正确、实时地采集监测区域的数据,并能进行有效地分析,在出现了异常情况时能提示用户采取应急措施,最大程度避免事故发生。 Aiming at the traditional portable detector can not realize the monitoring the chemical industry park automatically and in-time,a data acquisition and monitor system based on internet of things and ZigBee was proposed.Firstly,the composed framework of system was described and defined,the hardware of system such as final node and coordinator node is designed,and the software flow for final node adding in network and acquiring and coordinator building network,receiving data and transferring data are defined,then the monitoring internet of things for chemical industry park is designed.The experiment shows the method in this paper can collect in time,correctly acquire data and analyze it,when the abnormal circumstance appears,the software will Prompts the user to take appropriate emergency measures to avoid the accident appearance.
