随着我国房地产市场宏观调控政策的出台,保障性住宅建设已成为维护社会稳定,提高居民生活幸福感的重要砝码。为确保住宅工程的建设质量和施工过程的安全,监理人员应认真履行职责,积极采取有效措施,把质量和安全牢记于心。文章结合工程实践,谈谈对保障性住宅建设工程监理的几点体会。

With promulgation of macro-control policy of China＇s real estate market, construction of welfare-oriented housing has become an important factor maintaining social stability and improving life happiness of residents. To ensure construction qual-ity of housing engineering and safety of construction process, supervisors should earnestly perform their duties, actively take effective measures, and keep quality and safety firmly in mind. In combination with engineering practice, the article discusses understanding to engineering supervision of construction of welfare-oriented housing.
