Seismic Assessment before Reinforcement and Repair of Shanghai First Food Store

上海第一食品商店建于上世纪20年代,为上海市第一批优秀历史建筑、上海市市级文物保护单位。根据一楼一址、尽量恢复文物建筑原貌和经营布局需要,拟对该大楼修缮加固。为此,对该建筑进行抗震鉴定,为加固修缮提供依据。

Founded in the 1920s, Shanghai First Food Store is the first batch of excellent historical buildings in Shanghai, and Shanghai municipal-level protected building. According to one building one site, recovery of original appearance of histori-cal and cultural building to the greatest extent and layout need, the building is planned to be repaired and reinforced. Therefore, seismic assessment is made on the building to provide basis for reinforcement and repair.
