为了完成上海市住房发展"十二五"规划中关于完成旧住房综合改造和修缮5000万m2的目标,各区(县)将进入大规模的住宅修缮工程实施过程。文章讨论了在目前住宅修缮工程领域的监督管理体系、技术标准体系等方面还不够完善的情况下,大规模实施住宅修缮工程需要重视的几个方面的问题。

To realize the objective of completing comprehensive reconstruction and repair of old housing of 50 million square meters in the Twelfth Five-Year Plan for housing development in Shanghai, each district （county） will start implementation of large-scale housing repair engineering. The article discusses the problems of several aspects need attention for implementation of large-scale housing repair engineering under current situation of imperfect supervision and management system and technical standard system in the field of housing repair engineering.
