摘要
根据基质的HLB值,设计适合工业化生产的O/W型硝酸咪康唑乳膏处方,采用离心、耐热、耐寒等试验对处方进行筛选,又经中试放大,最终确定处方6为生产工艺处方。产品符合《中国药典》2010版二部有关规定。
Industrial production of O/W miconazole nitrate cream prescriptions were designed according to the HLB value of matrix, screened by centrifugation, heat and cold tests, tried for enlarging and ultimately determined. The final prescription consists of miconazole nitrate, white petrolatum, cetyl stearyl alcohol, glycerol monostearate, liquid paraffin, polyoxyethylene （40） stearate, polysorbate -80. sodium benzoate, glycerin and purified water. The product complies with the related regulations in Section II of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 edition.
