摘要
有效教师培训外部支持系统是教师培训中支持、促进教师有效参与培训的外部保障机制,也是促进教师实现终身教育的重要因素。它包括教师培训机构、教师培训者队伍、培训评估机制和培训制度等方面内容。
The effective external supporting system for teacherls training is an external security mechanism to support and promote teacher＇s effective training and also an important factor to motivate teacher＇s life-long education. The system includes teacher＇s training organizations, trainers, evaluation mechanism and training system.
