云南“国导”考试中考生现场导游环节存在的问题及对策

现场导游考试是全国导游人员资格考试中的口试环节,重点考察的是考生的讲解技巧和导游实务。但在云南省"国导"考试的现场导游环节中,出现了考生对景点不熟悉、技能掌握差、礼貌欠佳等状况,如何有效解决问题,让考生在考试中正常发挥值得探讨。

Spot imitation is the oral part of tour guiding qualification test. Differing from written examination, oral examination mainly focuses on narration skills and the practice of tour guide . This paper, taking the on-the-spot examinations for tourist guides in Yunnan province for example, analyzes the existing problems including examinees＂ unfamiliar with scenic spots, poor skills, lack of manners, and so on, and puts forward some countermeasures so that every examinee can have a great performance.
