中医推拿温经手法治疗痛经临床疗效观察

Clinical effect and mechanism in treating dysmenorrhea with warming the meridian and massage therapy

[目的]观察中医温经推拿手法治疗痛经的临床疗效与机制。[方法]70例患者随机分成试验组与对照组,两组各35例,试验组温经推拿手法,对照组采用常规手法治疗,观察各指标变化情况及临床治疗效果。[结果]试验组的腹痛、腰骶痛、四肢冷、工作情况这4项指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组临床控制、显效优于对照组,疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]中医温经推拿手法治疗痛经疗效显著,临床效果好值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy and mechanism in treating dysmenorrhea with warming the meridian and massage in TCM. [Methods] The 70 patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group with 35 cases in each group. The trial group was treated with wanning the meridian and massage, while the control group with conventional manipulation therapy. The changes of vari- ous indexes and clinical effect were observed. [Results] The four indexes of abdominal pain, lumbosacral pain, cold extremities, the work condition in trial group were all superior than control with significant differences （P〈O.05）. The clinical control and efficacy of the trial group were markedly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The curative effect of wanning the meridian and massage on dysmen- orrhea is significant, worth further clinical investigation and popularization.
