Studies of Properties of High Strength FeCo Alloys at High Temprature

摘要 高强度FeCo合金经研制后,在室温下获得了较高的力学性能和磁性能。本文介绍了高强度FeCo合金在200~500℃的力学性能和磁性能测试结果,并和1J21、1J22牌号的FeCo合金测试结果进行了比较。高强度FeCo合金在500℃时,其饱和磁感应强度Bs大于2.0T,矫顽力Hc在130A/m左右,同时抗拉强度σb达到850MPa,屈服强度σ0.2超过400MPa,而1J21、1J22在400℃时屈服强度σ0.2约为300MPa左右。结果表明,高强度FeCo合金是一种综合性能优良的高饱和磁通软磁合金,能够满足先进飞机的设计技术要求。 The high strength FeCo alloys were prepared that showed high mechanical properties and magnetic proper- ties. This paper introduced the studies of the new material's properties at high tempratures from 200℃ to 500℃which compared with 1J21 and 1J22 alloys. The results of high strength FeCo alloys at 500℃ showed fine proper- ties also: the saturation magnetic induction Bs kept greater than 2.0 T,the coereivity Hc was about 130 A/re,the ul- timate tensile strength ab reached 850 MPa, the yield strength a0. z kept greater than 400 MPa, surpass the yield strengths a0. z of 1J21 and 1J22 alloys of about 300 MPa at 400℃. The results indicated that the high strength FeCo alloys with fine synthetical properties could meet the requirment of high saturation flux for soft magnetic alloys apl- lied in the advanced aircrafts in the future.
