芦荟有效成分的提取、分离纯化及生物活性研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 芦荟是一种多年生的肉质草本植物,属百合科芦荟属,传统上作为泻药使用,近年来,也在化妆品和食品行业中得到了广泛的应用。随着研究的深入,芦荟的抗氧化能力、抑菌、消炎、抗肿瘤、免疫调节和辅助治疗糖尿病的作用也相继被报道出来。由于其重要的药用和商业价值,芦荟已成为天然产物科学家们的热点研究课题,其中的多种有效成分如蒽醌、多糖、凝集素和二氢香豆素等被分离出来并进行了生物活性的评价。本文综述了芦荟中几种重要生物活性成分的提取和分离纯化方法的研究进展以及它们的功能活性,并对芦荟的应用前景进行了展望。 Aloe is a perennial succulent herb belonging to the genus Aloe, Liliaceae family, which has a well-docu-mented history of use as laxative. In addition to the plethora of traditional medicinal uses, aloe has recently gained popularity as an ingredient in cosmetic formulations and food supplements. Anti-oxidant, antimicrobial, anti-inflamma- tory, immunomodulatory, anticancer and adjuvant therapy, etc. have been reported with the research in depth. Due to its medicinal and commercial importance it has been a popular research topic for natural product scientists who have isolated several bioactive substance such as anthraquinone, polysaccharides, lectins and dihydrocoumarin coumarin from the leaf exudates and its biological activity was evaluated. A summary of research progress on extrac-tion, isolation and biological properties of several important bioactive compounds in aloes was reviewed in this paper and the application prospect of aloes was out-looked.
