唐山地区规模猪场副猪嗜血杆菌病流行情况调查

Epidemiology Investigation of Haemophilus Parasuis in Pig Farms in Tangshan Area

采取间接血凝试验方法对2008-2011年唐山地区45个规模猪场的870份血样进行副猪嗜血杆菌病流行病学调查。结果表明,样本总体阳性率为52.30%,其中4年样本阳性率分别为38.00%、50.00%、57.50%和58.50%,保育猪、育肥猪、后备母猪和经产母猪样本总体阳性率分别为42.61%、58.31%、71.90%和42.27%;总之,该病在唐山地区规模猪场中普遍存在,感染程度较重,应引起高度重视。

To investigate the infection status of Haemophilus parasuis of pigs in pig farms in Tangshan area, 870 serum samples were tested by IHA. The results showed that the average HPS positive rate was 52.30%. The yearly positive rates was 38.00% ,50.00% ,57.50% and 58.50% from 2008 through 2011, respectively. The average positive rates of nursery pigs, fattening pigs , replacement gilts and sows were 42.61% ,58.31% ,71.90% and 42.27%, respectively. In summary, the infection of HPS was wide spread in pigs, which deserves more attention.
