摘要
2012年3月,美国就中国稀土出口管制问题向WTO提起诉讼,并得到了欧盟、日本、韩国等国家和地区的响应。以稀土出口管制的法律溯源为切入点,对我国稀土管制措施进行了深刻剖析,并提出了相应的政策措施。
In March 2012 United States filed for an investigation by WTO on China＇s export restrictions on rare earth and has received support from Europe, Japan, Korea and some other countries and regions. By using origin of rare earth export control laws as the entry point, this paper does in-depth analysis on China＇s rare earth export control and proposes relevant policy recommendations.
