摘要
课堂教学质量评价是高校本科教学质量监控的重要环节。基于对国内近四十所高等院校的课堂教学评价指标及实施办法等相关文件资料的搜集和整理,分析了我国高校本科课堂教学质量评价工作的不足,即以奖惩性评价为主、评价指标体系专业针对性不足、一线教师对教学评价参与少,在实际工作中应使教学评价向有利于教师发展的方向转变,避免"一表多课",重视开展教师的自我评价。
Classroom instruction quality evaluation is an important link of the teaching quality monitoring system in colleges and universities.On the basis of reviewing the undergraduate classroom instruction quality assessment index and implementation methods of about forty domestic institutions of higher learning,this paper analyzed the shortcomings in the evaluation system of China's colleges and universities: the predominance of reward and punishment appraisal,over-generalized assessment index,insufficient involvement of front-line teachers in the assessment,etc.The author suggests that the assessment should be reformed to be more favorable for the career development of faculty,to avoid the use of a single omnipotent form for all classes and to promote the self-evaluation of teachers.
