英语专业毕业生供求失衡、就业率与就业质量下降、人才培养缺少特色等现实,要求高校把更多的资源用来建设复合型英语专业。统一认识,积极实施"文理硬复合"模式,出台扶持复合型英语专业师资成长的政策,有利于复合型英语专业的健康发展。

The undergraduate interdisciplinary English major programs are obsessed by the oversupply of graduates,the decline in the employment rate,the low-income occupation usually unrelated to their training or with poor working environment and the stereotyped talent training institutions and so on.To ensure the healthy development of undergraduate interdisciplinary English major,colleges and universities should put more resources in its construction,initiate more arts-and science-interdisciplinary programs to rectify the current excessive interdisciplinary programs involving sub-disciplines only within arts,and introduce effective measures for guaranteeing the interdisciplinary teacher training.
