摘要
对某300 MW亚临界锅炉进行数值模拟,研究了过量空气系数对炉内温度场、组分场的影响。数值模拟结果与实测值符合较好,计算误差仅为7%。数值模拟结果表明,过量空气系数增大,炉膛整体温度降低,CO燃烬率提高,NO排放量上升。
The numerical simulation is employed for a 300 MW sub-critical coal-fired boiler. The influence of excess air ratio on the temperature and component of boiler is investigated. The simulation effect agrees well with the measured value,the difference is only 7%. Investigation shows that temperature of boiler reduces when excess air ratio increases, burn rate of CO and the NO emission also increase.
