摘要
介绍了电力设备红外检测的基本原理,探究了电力设备红外检测影响因素,从被测设备、红外仪器、检测环境三方面进行了分析,对设备发射率、测试距离和角度、设备负荷情况、仪器选择、大气衰减、阳光、环境辐射和风力等影响因素分别进行了分析。对红外热像仪的测量准确性进行了试验研究,分析了红外热像仪中发射率、环境温度、湿度、距离等参数对准确性的影响。结合理论研究和试验结果,最终从检测环境和操作方法总结出了提高红外诊断准确度的方法。
Basic principles of infrared detection in electrical equipments were introduced. Influencing factors of infrared detection were studied in terms of the equipments to he detected, infrared instruments and the environment. In details, emissivity, detecting distance, angles of view, load of the equipments, selecting of the detecting instruments, atmospheric attenuation, sunshine, environmental radiation and wind are discussed. Then the experiments of the per- formance of the infrared camera was tested in order to find the regulation of parameters configured such as the emissivity, temperature of surrounding, related humidity and distance. As a summary of the work above, methods of promoting the accuracy of electrical equipment diagnosing with infrared detection are put forward.
