摘要
近年来,输变电领域出现了一种可以替代传统钢芯铝绞线的新型碳纤维复合芯导线。导线长期暴露于野外,运行环境复杂,碳纤维复合芯在电压、拉力、扭力、自然环境老化等综合作用下的性能可能会大大降低甚至失效。文章提出一种试验方法,通过综合因素老化试验模拟导线的现实工况下的老化,为以后碳纤维导线运行性能分析作为实验论证,期望结合运行数据能够对碳纤维导线的周期寿命做出预测。
In recent years,there appears in the power transformation field a kind of new carbon fiber composite core wire which can replace traditional steel-cored aluminum sterepsinema. On account of the long-term exposure to the wild and the complex operation environment, the performance of carbon fiber composite core wires may be greatly reduced and even becomes invalid under the combined actions of voltage, tension, torsion, natural aging. This paper presents an experimental method, in which the real working conditions leading to wire aging are simulated through the comprehensive factors aging test. The test results can serve as the experimental demonstration for the future performance analysis of the carbon fiber composite core wire so as to predict the life cycle of wire by combining with the running data.
